I usually buy the bigger and heavier Mexican pieces, but this one was only 50 cents so I made an exception.
There is not much say about it. I guess it is a typical piece made for the tourist marked. Well, it found a good home.

Mary, sorry for the late response. I have been so busy recently.
The brooch is just a bit over 2 inches. I found it at a church bazaar. That's the only place around here one can still find a bargain:)
