Dhokra Lost Wax figures?

How do I tell the age of these and the metal? I thought brass at first but now thinking one is brass and other 3 bronze? Three have this little tail on back which I am assuming was from casting process. I have researched and think they are Dhokra lost wax process. Maybe not from India? There features look very primitive and tribal but I am clueless how to identify. Would they be chess pieces? No bell clackers or signs of. I've seen other figures where the male has hands in the basket looking hand thing - and they were labeled Bastar. I am clueless but would love to know. This site is amazing!
