I put the pen there so you can compare size. This is a toy I bought as a child at a yard sale for $10. It may not be super valuable but it has sentimental value to me and even brought back so many memories as I took pictures. It is a little roughed up as you can see and it is missing some ladders but overall it is still a functioning toy/collectible. When I bought this, it didn't come with the two side ladders and the extension to the large ladder wasn't there either.
