This is a sleeping musical cat, the lullaby still plays when the cat is winded up. Tag is torn and faded. light golden in color. He is laying on his tummy

I believe your musical cat is "Chessie" a mascot for the Chesapeake and Ohio railway. I have a Chessie soft toy in not such good condition as yours, her tag is worn so had no idea where she came from and have no idea of the value but think they're rare. I picked my up for a fiver on ebay just because I liked her. Hope this helps :)
