This is a porcelain doll with a painted face blue eyes and red lips. She has short straight blonde hair with bangs. She is wearing a red and white dress the apron dress is made of a velvet material she’s got undergarments and long underwear the bottom of her glass foots on her black shoes states made in Taiwan
Just a inexpensive mass produced doll that were popular in the 1980's . No real value at all . And she is poor quality for porcelain and clothes . I would not worry about who Taiwan made her for :-)
