Hi,
This company specialized in handmade convivialware and silver manufacturing. You will find them in the Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers. (https://www.amazon.com/Encyclopedia-American-Manufacturers-Schiffer-Collectors/dp/0764306022). It is enamel plated on copper. Their silver is marked with an M&M logo. This was my great grandfather's company and I have about 50-60 pieces that they made. In our family these heirlooms are passed down to the eldest female decedent and for now that's me. The company was located in Los Angeles until the 70's. If you would like further information on this feel free to message me privately.
Best,
NW
Thank you so much Naomi Wagner, what a treasure to have, to pass down in your Family. It would be something to see! This one, that I have is so beautiful and well made, I could only imagine, what yours are like! :^)
