Incredibly Unusual Westinghouse Elevator Lubricants Can

I got this very unique can from an elevator room in an old factory in Fairlawn, NJ, along with a few others like it. I had my neighbor over the other day, and he noticed the can, we got to talking, and I found out he used to work at the factory back in the 60's and 70's! How cool is that? Better yet, it's full and unopened! I've never seen this can online, so, does anyone know how old it is, and its worth? Thanks a bunch!
