I'd say it has a 1980s shape, and definite Santo Domingo (now called Kewa) Pueblo design patterns. I don't see any resemblance to Old Laguna pottery.
The stylized leaf shapes, the banding lines below the rim and above the midpoint of the pot, with the wide patterned band between the banding lines, and the spirit break...all are characteristic of mid-late 20th century Santo Domingo/Kewa pottery.
Paulita Pacheco used almost identical leaves on her 1991 dough bowl, illustrated on page 99 of "Southwestern Pottery, Anasazi to Zuni" by Allan Hayes and John Blom, if you'd like a reference.
