      Not Native American Indian, but possibly the beads are from India. Appears to be a recently-made crafter's project, put together with turquoise-colored glass seed beads and inexpensive wooden heishi. More like an adjustable arm band or bracelet. Nothing to indicate any connection with anything Native American.
