Bakelite pendant with portrait of a lady

Simichrome-tested as bakelite. Unusual, painted with portrait of lady, with great detail. Someone put ot of effort into this tiny painting. Or maybe a print? I would say the lady is supposed to be a Japanese person, the flowers sakura.

I would like to hear your opinions on the pendant, as usual.
