These have all come from junk stores over the years, and I don't truly know anything specific about any of them beyond what I can share here. (if y'all do, please add a comment!)

The top two are a matching carving set with beveled edges to their black handles and copper ferrules. The knife is 12-1/2" long, and its blade is etched with an oval shaped trademark reading "E. PARKER & SONS / BLADE MADE IN / SHEFFIELD ENGLAND" along with another vertically oriented etching which reads "STAINLESS STEEL". Its matching fork is unmarked and its business end appears to be plated, now with a few nicks and wear spots that will start to rust if inadvertently left in dishwater overnight. <oops, groan> Their ferrules also show a little bit of metal discoloration.

The next fork measures 9-1/2" long and has a yellow handle with dark brown colored 'tree bark' textured outer surface, with a silvertone (plated) ferrule that has a zinc (? otherwise dull gray colored cast metal) end holding its stainless steel blade. Its only marking is the word "STAINLESS" on the backside of the fork under its tines.

The bottom one is my favorite of this group, despite that it has (sadly) suffered some damage during its previous lifetime. It is stamped "ANDROCK STAINLESS" above its red/orange sorta torpedo shaped handle, which features small ridges along its length all the way around. This one probably used to be about 11" long but is a little shorter now, because the end of its handle apparently got a little too close to somebody's stove burner once or twice (and/or then got knocked to the floor and chipped further?) sometime long before it came to me. :-( :-( Nonetheless, I still find it entertaining to imagine how many of someone else's grandma's meals this fork has likely already served...? :-) :-) :-)
