Honey Hole Find, Unknown on These Old Mounted Photographs. What were they Working On??? Came from Upstate PA. Any Gusses would be a great start. Thanks for looking..

Photo #2. The tracks for their rail carts are covered, so maybe they blasted the rock outcropping to get building stone, notice it looks like they already started sorting the material into size piles). Note the steam tractor and utility poles in the photo, for timeline purposes.
