Eapg? Depression Glass? Help IDing this pattern

I picked this Platter up thinking it would be easy to identify the grape and cable pattern, but I'm having no luck with finding out anything about it. I'm not sure if it is EAPG Glass or depression glass. It's light blue and about 13 inches across. Any information would be helpful. I've checked Indiana, Westmoreland and imperial but can't find anything resembling the inside spoke pattern.
