What is the height of the tricycle, ground to seat ?

Shows all the signs of being a modern decorative item. These were retailed at hobby lobby and similar stores.

Thanks, scottvez, that's what I was going after. Usually about 9" tall, and a lot of them out there. Some being sold as antiques - which they are not. scottvez knows his stuff.

Such a beautiful triciclo, memories from my childhood!

It's 7 3/4 from ground to bottom of seat

That sort of confirms what scottvez said. It's a yard ornament or decorative item and not that old. If you search a bit, you'll see a lot of them.
