My house was recently destroyed by a fire. And there are several things that my insurance company thinks are worthless like this lamp that came from my grandmother and inside bares a note saying from the Tiffany Estate
Does anyone know how to research this?

Probably hard to search for. I have seen pics of Tiffany's estate in books. It would be easier to research the lamp. Is the base of the lamp hollow or does it have a filled in bottom ???

Could you take pictures of that and add them to this post ??

Very nice lamp ! Insurance companies usually don't pay for high price items unless you have had a appraisal and a addition to homeowners or renter insurance with items to cover above what they consider on your policy how much they cover you for in case of lose of contents of home . I always had to carry a addition to my homeowners to cover my antique doll collection and they had to have a copy of appraisal . Good luck and sorry about the fire :-(
