    Hopefully you can help me, or know someone who can, identify an old key please.

    I found the key yesterday in a park in Brisbane, Australia, that dates to the 1860s.

    Does anyone know what the key may have opened please?

    How old is the key?

    Anything else that you can tell me?

    Any help that you can give is greatly appreciated.

      Thanks bobby. That really helps knowing that it's from a piece of furniture as suspected. Do you have any idea about old the key is likely to be, given the way it's fairly roughly made please?
