Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about this Portugal plate. The back is signed and numbered and I believe it says
A. C. A Valadares Gaia P. M. Portugal and then the signature and number. What got me is the 3,250. 00 dollar price tag on the plate. I picked it up at a thrift store for a couple bucks. But I can't find another one t compare it to. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
