Oops...looks like now I officially have "a collection" of QUIKUT STAINLESS CUTLERY, too...? <lol> All these steak knives came from the junk store this weekend (less than $1 for all) to join one of the larger red-handled kitchen knives I came across a few weeks ago.

    https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/239687-three-old-ish-red-handled-kitchen-kniv

They all have plastic handles (w/telltale mold marks) and stamped stainless blades, and are about 8" long. 4 are in fact an exactly matching set with opaque off-white colored handles (on bottom/RH side of 1st 2 pics) while the 3 others are all slightly differing 'singles'. The top/LH one is a bit longer (maybe a small kitchen knife instead of steak knife per se?) and has a different shaped blade, serration pattern, and handle, the latter in a slightly translucent and 'marbled' white color. Its "Quikut [reg] STAINLESS" stamp is located midway down its blade, aligned with its length. The (pleasantly mottled, though it doesn't show well) brown handled one only differs from the 4 off-white ones in its color -- on all these the "Quikut [reg] STAINLESS" logo stamp is perpendicular to the blade and located by the handle ferrule. The remaining off-white one (I thought it was #5 of the set of 4 until looking closely after getting them home) is probably the actual "oldest" of all these -- besides a slight tinge of color difference to the other 4 (or the brown one, even) its stamped logo reads "Quikut [reg] "QUIKKLE" STAINLESS U.S.A." just like my big red handled one -- and AFAIK that QUIKKLE product name kinda disappeared in the late 1960's when the GINSU name sorta replaced it, alongside the Quikut name. For that detail I'll guess this one is 1960's, where all the others are more likely 1970's-ish.
