This is a piece of pottery I picked up at a thrift store. I've learned out that it's an albarello/ abarelo or apothecary jar. I believe that Cremor references cream of tartar.
The heraldry is Catholic, but I can't find any mention of yellow tassels in the heraldry.
The closest thing that I have found to it online is this, so I'm assuming it's also Talavera pottery:

Trying to find out how old it might be, and what bishop or cardinal the heraldry belongs to.
