Old dolls are pretty creepy. I think this one is supposed to be an adult. What does one do with these old heirlooms? Is there a Museum of Creepy Old Dolls that one can donate to?

This doll has had some repainting and is called a composition Mama doll type. She is in poor condition so resale would be low but someone would restore her correctly and save her for future generations . Dates around 1930-40's . Company that made her is important also so look at back of her neck for markings ok .
She is not a adult but more a toddler face :-) She should have teeth but the angle you took photo makes it hard to see if she still has them .

lol I guess you better get rid of the dolls since they creep you out . Funny little girls were not creeped out by them and they were their friends and well cared for all these years . Did you look at neck on other doll so I can see maker ?
Sorry, it’s the other doll I posted that has teeth. This one has a voicebox, and I’ve taken more pictures.
The voice box is what made me call her a "Mama Doll " These type of dolls all tend to look a like but when you tipped them or squeezed them the box made a sound kind of like saying Mama . Her value is not much :-( They are pretty abundant to find .
