This is a sterling silver brooch with inlays. The pin is gone in the back and it is not signed. I believe it is antique, not sure. I will get it repaired, it is very pretty.

The hinge is a tube hinge, which dates it to Victorian times. 1837-1901. The stones look like cabochon Agates. Really pretty.
The yellow stone may be Amber - hard to tell in a photo.
Victorian Scottish brooch. Agates, looks like a banded agate & cornelian in there - someone will be able to tell you all of them.
If you google Victorian Scottish Jewellery or similar combination you'll find lots of info. It was a very big fashion during Victorian times started by Victoria's visits to Balmoral Castle.
Love these Scottish agate pieces, this is really nice:-)
Nice, really nice, dito above friends comments!
Agates, and maybe some jasper. :-)
Thank you, everyone, it's interesting how you perceive an item one way and then you find out the truth. Thank you so much!
Jewels1900, I clicked the link and wow! Thank you so much!
That's gorgeous! The green stone might be chrysophase.
Welcome!
