This Victorian wall mirror has a brass surround, & a metal fitting for a glass epergne type posy holder. The posy holder is made from two layers of cased glass, a clear very pale green (contains uranium) outer, with a pale ruby interior that shades to milky opalescence at the upright, petal shaped top rim. It also has an applied rigaree.
Most likely English in origin.
