Souvenir Cup and Saucer - A Present from blackpool

I found this very ornate gilded Cup and Saucer the other day. It was marked as 1930's but I think it could be Victorian. It has a lot of chips, and when I washed it the handle fell off! I have glued it back on, but I don't think I should be allowed near superglue again, because I nearly glued the cup to the saucer as well!! Both the cup and the saucer has "A Present from Blackpool on them" and I think they were probably made in Germany, but not really sure. There are gold numbers 29 on the saucer, and 64 on the cup.
