Vintage Picture Found at Thrift Store

This is a painting I found at a Thrift store. It was displayed up high and I first overlooked it and was to come back to looking at it before leaving store then someone else asked to look at it and had looked it over with a magnifying glass and seemed happy with the find and held on to this picture. I was upset that I missed this to the other person. The line was really long in the store and the same person with this picture was in a hurry so he sat the picture down and left. My mother who was with me recalled me talking about it and brought it to me and said was this that same picture you wanted and it was so I held on to it and brought it.

This picture does not have any signatures but is painted and not a reproduction from what I am told from another forum. It does have a wood stain in it from the wood frame it was in. I am told this can be restored by the right place and I should take this picture in to get more info on it as it is truly unique. This is one of my unique items of my collection.
