Stunning Cut glass vase

Another great find from the local recycling centre !!! £1.
Just over 8" h x a little over 5" w .
Excellent condition (you cant beat a bit of fairy liquid to clean dirty glass)!
It just looks like a quality piece of glass .
Scratches on the base tell me that its pretty old ..
Im not up on cut glass but am thinking early 1900s but unsure.. also English or Irish .
Any ideas very welcome ..
