Can anyone tell me what this chair is called? There’s no identifying marks on them. I’ve not seen anything quite like them before.

I think you could call them bow legs but cannot bring much up unless you're a Kardashian, so your search would be limited to skank.
So far I know that the back is called horseshoe back because of the curves of the arms. Usually called Chinese Horseshoe back chair :
