    My Second German Helmet, From the UK. Fake SS Decal. But another great Helmet. M-42. Unknown where it was recoverd from. Seller purchaced 3 of these helmets, A M40 Side cap, and a couple Hitler Youth knives. The Decal almost appears to 'glittler' in the sunlight

      nice helmet, if everyone likes that I can probably get my hands on some "unique" lampshades to post soon. keep your fingers crossed!

      The decal is definitely a repro on the M42. Graphically it's incorrect.

      Getting burned by fakes and “enhanced” real items is a hazard in collecting, but also a learning experience. I’ve had a number of learning experiences over the years. I hope this lesson didn’t cost you too badly.

      No Chris, I only paid 110 for the helmet. I figured it was fake. Its a fair price.

      This is a pretty solid relic helmet. (Not full of holes)

      Yeah, I have learned alot since this I will say that! :)
