    Metal Filigree style Lamp.
I was not able to find any information regarding age and manufacturer.

The UL label is oval shaped and is blue with black lettering and a black surrounding border (see attached photo). It reads:
    Underwriters Laboratorie
    Portable Lamp
    UL issue No. F-8825
    E-38939

The lamp itself has a raised imprinted number "5715". It also has a switch (appears to be made of Bakelite material) that reads

    Leviton
    3A-250V 6A-125V3A-125V-T
    Und. Lab. Inc. U.S.A.

I appreciate your help very much.

Looks around later 1960's to early 70's or so with a nice newer electrical cord, The filigree was similar to items manufactured in India.
