It reminds me of a type of bottle from South Carolina, but yours looks like crossed swords, not crossed torches/logs.

Thank you so much SpiritBear, it's been years and still can find anything similar, why somebody took the time to frame this small thing with no signature or anything I can start looking at. I appreciate your time. Thanks again.
I would think it was from Saudi Arabia. https://goo.gl/images/WwM2vL

Actually it is an incense burner.
These are typical souvenir items in the middle east. They are usually made of sterling silver and sold in these small frames. I have a similar one that I purchased in KSA, but it has different objects in the frame.

At most social events incense is burned in one of these containers and passed in front of the guests.
For this reason, the object is often associated with a visit to the Kingdom and included in souvenirs.

Thank you scottvez, My respects to your knowledge, Thanks again to all the answers.
Glad to help out-- I spent several years in the Kingdom and experienced incense burning at numerous special events.
If you search online photos for "incense burner saudi arabia" you will find many examples of the full sized version.

Many Thanks Scott, I will never imagine it was a souvenir if Saudi Arabia, by chance do you know if this item has a great value or is just too new to considered an Antique. Thanks again.
Christy.
It is a modern piece with minimal decorative value.
I bought a few for gifts with three silver items in the frame for less than $20.
Most of the value is in the silver (if sterling).
