Additional photos of odd tool bits. Not for sale. Just trying to figure out what they are. If I can think of something to do with them, I may go back and buy the rest of them. I only bought two.

Uncertain, but, they might be lapping or cutting "heads" for valve seats. Steam, water, the like. You'd take it apart, pass the thread through the valve, bolt it on the other side and turn it. I suspect the spiders act like some sort of spring to keep tension.
I've seen something like this used to cut valve seats on a locomotive. Keith Rucker on YouTube had a small series on restoring a steam loco.
There is an iron plate in the upper right corner of the pic on the right. It has letters on it. If it is part of mechanism, could we get a better pic of it?
I would take one and let the head soak in vinegar to get the rust off to see if there is a name on them or patten number ,,,,
