I know this is a Trembleuse cup saucer. I've looked at marks for Meissen and Helena Wolfsohn. No mark of AR. No crossed swords. The mark on the saucer & cup is blue and very blurry.
The mark appears to be letters with a vertical mark in the middle. There is an impressed W or could be an M also. No mark I've seen comes close. Please advise if this is Meissen, Dresden and Helena W both or just one.
It's been a long search. Finding the similar item was easy but comparing the marks has been difficult.

Looks like Sceptre Mark of the Berlin Porcelain Company.

Thank you so much Ivan. When you say Trembleuse c/s were reproduced are you suggesting that it wasn't made in the 19th century but in the 20th century?
Would you clarify that a little?
Is there any information on the small impressed W or M. With your kindly provided information I'm doing some research on your information.
From a website on "Berlin Porcelain Marks.com" I found read "from 1870 the Berlin Sceptre mark was reintroduced but with a diagonal bar instead of the earlier horizontal one". A picture with the diagonal bar shows the dates of 1870- 1945. But there's no mention of an incised mark of W or M. It's still a mystery.

It is 19th century (based on excellent hand decoration).
Nevertheless, it`s difficult to attribute to Berlin KPM because the same scepter under-gaze blue was used by other manufacturers.
Btw. ``AR`` Meissen cannot be found in flea markets and thrift shops. Portobello Road is full of them (cheap late Victorian imitation porcelain given for prizes at traveling carnivals).
