      Not Marked. Other matching pieces are marked. It's Germany. Before Made In Germany. Early 1900. I usually use Search Children's Dishes Portrait of girl. She might even be on a postcard as some of my children's portraits ARE on early 1910 most cards. Believe it to be one of Frances Brundage's illustrations.
