I was sorting one of my shelves of glass and came across this nice glass dolphin. It's very irridescent and it has a label on marking it at Gozo Heritage, which I assume is Gozo Glass (Malta). I wonder if my frog is from the same maker, they are very similar. It dates from 2000, as my sister bought it for me when she had a holiday there, and I phoned her especially to ask when she went!

I think your frog is Gozo too. I love their spatter decor with the coloured iridescence.
