Vintage blue stemware with etched roses

I've been trying for some time to find out the maker and approximate date these stemware are from. I've done so many image searches, but not seen any like them. Unfortunately, they show a bit washed out and lighter in the pictures, guess I need to find a better way or place to photo glossy things. They measure 7 1/4" total height, 3" stem, 2 3/8" base width.
