Found these in a container of change I was going to cash in. These were almost spent. Is there a site to sell these besides EBay?

Do the edges have lines? (The lines they are called reeding).

Is this considered MAD? Not broadstrike
Broadstruck coins do not have a finished edge because the collar is not raised when the coin is struck; in other words no reeded edge. As miss aligned hammer die coins are common, they are not really highly sought after, if they are, they are wanted in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
