Crosley Radio Model 5539M

I decided that I'd never get around to reconditioning this piece. Not that it was worthy of a restoration, it was pretty beat down... aaand a few parts where missing. Still I could not help but thinking of ways that I could gut it and give it the "restomod" treatment. I wanted to switch out the fabric, install a bluetooth speaker, and replace the tuner window with and iPod. That would have given it a worthy second life as a vintage-modern jukebox. Wherever it is now, I hope that was indeed it's fate.
