AmphoraPot…
(48 items)
This Scheurich caught my attention for the color combination of turquoise and metallic silver and for its cartographic look. Some of the metallic silver land masses are blurred, creating an interesting effect when viewing it from several feet away. The base is marked 231 with 15 (the height in centimeters) right below it. And it is marked WGERMANY. It's 60s or 70s. I welcome help dating it.
Scheurich is one of the few West German companies from the mid century era that is still in business. Go here to see a few historical photos and examples of the labels found on their pots: https://www.scheurich.com/en/company/tradition/.
