I have had this badge for several years inheriting it from an Aunt. I have done a bit of research and find the H7 in the centre of each circle stands for Haakon VII who was King of Norway from 1905 to 1957. It was also used as a badge of resistance during WW2. What I am interested to know is, why are the dates 1905 to 1955, when his reign didn't finish until 1957 and why would it have been worn after the war when this was obviously made?
