      Technically, these are field glasses, not binoculars. Without any identifying markings the best guess for origin is France.

      Nice find! I agree with UncleRon. Quite a few of the field glasses and opera glasses were manufactured in France. I have two pair of antique opera glasses, by different manufacturers, and both pair were French made.
