Inherited this from my mum, bought on a trip to Mexico in the ‘70’s. Curious abouts its provenance and what the markings mean i.e. the four dots repeated three times followed by a single dot. She claimed it was antique.
can you make out the markings inside?
Simple series or four dots repeated three times, followed by a solitary dot. It is very heavy, and has no typical grading stamp such as 925, which leads me to believe it predates the system.
