Lighthouse on Isle Royal National Park - 1950

Got this at a flee mkt last summer for only 2$. It is not an original but still very nice. Rock Harbor Lighthouse on Isle Royal National Park, Michigan. I love Michigan and old Michigan pictures & maps. I spent 6 days on Isle Royal back in 2003. It was an excellent adventure. Pure 100% wilderness. We paddled and hiked on the island. Seen moose but none of my photo's came out good at all. Sadly did not see any wolves though. The rangers say you are very lucky if you spot a wolf. Today I think the wolves have died off and there is a mission to repopulate the island with them. To control the moose population. The ferry ride was the hardest part for me. A little sea sickness, didn't loose my cookies but the boat ride back was pretty tough for me. LOL
