I recently purchased this jar (canister?) at a local thrift store and found the research to be fun! What an unusual color to be produced out of De Porceleyne Fles...at least according to Google images ;o) What do you think? The color is amazing and the jar just gorgeous. What is its intended purpose? Holding coffee or tea? Could this unique piece have been created by artist, Adriek Westenenk?
