Military Pins and Stars I found at an auction

This tray is the reason I created my account! I am really curious what these pins mean. The 5 buttons say US Mail on them. The ribbon and pendant pin is 1968-69 and says Vietnam on the back. The black bar says US. And underneath it is the Public Safety pin and Rifle Marksman pin. Im sorry if this is not the right way to post this question!
