    Spur gasoline pump plate . It’s porcelian and embossed . Not sure of the date , but’s it is a real gas pump plate . So many of the pump plates are fakes . There small and easy to make up .

      Yep...that's a real one - early 60's. I have a few porcelains and lots of other Spur advertising. Spur was the branded gasoline that was refined by Murphy Oil USA. Murphy had two refineries in the states one in Superior, WI and the other in Meraux, LA. Murphy Oil USA sold their refineries to Calumet who later sold to Husky Oil out of Canada. I worked as a petrochemical engineer for Murphy Oil USA about 14 years before moving on.....
