This precious bear journeyed from France to New York and arrived on my doorstep today, much to my happiness! I don't want to traumatize him/her so I'll wait to ask questions and find out if I have a he bear or a she bear. ;)
There is no manufacturer identified, but with a bit of research, perhaps I'll be able to discover more.
Thanks for looking!

Very sweet teddy bear!
Thanks so much, Jenni! :)
He or she is awesome!! And it couldn't have found a better home.
Thank you very much, Scott. I named her Henrietta!
Thank you for the love, aura!
Oh what a wonderful old teddy bear ! Love love
Thank you so much, Manikin. I really needed some teddy bear love today, and she arrived unannounced. It was quite synchronistic as the tracking from France said she had just entered the U.S. on the 14th. I expected her to take a while to make her way here, but two days was definitely miraculous!
Thank you for the love, fortapache, racer4four, and TassieDevil. Much appreciated!
Thank you for the love, officialfuel!
Nice wide eyes and smile - perfect bear for CW !~

Thank you for the love, buckethead! Thanks so much, nutsabotas6! I love her eyes; they're so expressive.
What a sweet looking bear. He looks like a boy but I am definitely no expert. Oh I love him. Sorry if you turn out to be a little girl bear xxx
Thank you so much, AnnaB and AntigueToys. Thank you very much, Bearaddict. I am no expert either but I have named her Henrietta as she makes me think of a mother bear protecting her cubs with her surprised and fierce look.
I had a chicken when I was very young who lived in our house, her name was Henrietta too :)
Love this Teddy and I agree, when you see one you have no choice but to smile!
Thank you for the love, crswerner, Lady_Picker, and Tlynnie1942. I love the thought of a chicken named Henrietta. Was she a real chicken?
Ha! Henrietta comes from France!!!
Salut ma belle ;-)
Salut, mon ami! Enchanté! J'ai un ours français ami. Il s'appelle Quincy.
Thank you for the love, Sean. So glad you like Henrietta!
Beautiful bear! He may have been made by Pintel in France.
