    Came across this Old Appears to be a Plate Print of Historic Brown University Watercolor. This is signed I think they say in the block by Richard Rummell. Trying to find out how early this was done. nice old frame, Any Help would be greatly Appreciated.

      Thanks I tried to compare the one I have is missing the print in the lower left margin. Does that date it as early or later?? Thanks again !!
