Walter and Arthur

Hi there,I'm Jess living in South Wales UK. I recently rescued these 2 brothers from ebay. I didn't pay a lot for them but I'd love to know a little about them. They're jointed at the arms and legs but their heads are fixed. They have glass eyes,mohair golden fur and seem to be filled with something quite solid as both bears are really firm. Their arms and legs are pinned with plastic pins. One bear stands at 6 inches tall and the other one Stands at 4 Inches. The lady I bought them from thinks they're both from Germany. I'd love to know how old they are and who might have made them.
