My Great Grandfather’s Clock

This is at my mother’s house. We aren’t sure who makes it or what year, as I don’t see any markings. Unless it’s underneath. I’m 40 yrs old and it belonged to my great grandfather. That is all I know. The weights aren’t in this picture. Please let me know if you know anything about it. Thanks!
