    Well, this is my 'Frankenfan'-- parts from a couple fans I had. If you remember the unbranded hanging fan, the exploded Handy Breeze, and the broken Polar Cub: A creation I made a couple weeks ago. It still needs grommets in the feet, as it moves across the floor anyway, but it runs (burns your hand though I cleaned and lubed it). But, again, it runs. Hah hah.
    I did it for a more period-correct style of fan than my 1950s druggist fan, as it stands out in style. I couldn't get the Polar Cub cage to fit this head, and I couldn't get the housing to come apart, so..... It'll do for now.
    Now to get that Cardinal fan working....

      I think this fan was manufactured by A.C. Gilbert who made the erector sets?
