    These were purchased in Montreal in the 1970s. Unfortunately the original long crystals with etched designs were broken and lost. I'm afraid to try to clean the brass. Wondering how old they might be and where from
    The marble bases appear to be replacements.

      I would have thought 50's to 70's judging by the prisms and the marble bases used on so many lamps also at the time. The prisms are usually replaceable if you are missing some. These ones are easy to replace, I even must still have some from all the lamps I took apart. Especially in the early 70's they started to really use prisms on lamps and my father even found a set in the alley. I love these.
